- Enter your address to find the electric companies that serve your specific area of town.
- Select up to three electricity plans at a time so you can compare pricing, energy source and customer service benefits side-by-side.
- Choose a provider that fits your needs and budget. Then fill out all the required information on the order page and click "Submit" to send the order to the provider.
- You will be shown the status of your order, the order date and time, and the Web site address that you can log back into to track your order. The electric company you chose should respond to your order within one to three business days.
Important Information to Keep in Mind After Your Placed Your Order
You can go to the "My Orders" section of your account to view important information like the status of your order, the order date and time, and the Web site address where you can track your orders. You can also view and print out the Terms of Service disclosure.
